Release Agents
McLube’s line of release agents includes semi-permanent and sacrificial coatings designed to provide consistent release characteristics and improve efficiency. Our release agents include water- and solvent-based formulas of varying chemistries and types, including concentrates, ready-to-use, heat-cured release, air-cured release, and aerosols.
Industrial Lubricants
McLube offers a variety of dry-film lubricants, including H2 lubes, assembly lubes, insertion aids, and PTFE-based options. Our greases, oils, and pastes are fortified with Molybdenum Disulfide (Moly) for high-temp and pressure applications. McLube also offers PTFE and Moly powders and dispersions at affordable prices.
Anti-Stick Coatings
McLube offers powder-free, liquid anti-tack and slab-dip coatings for external application to all rubber compounds. Our water-based anti-tacks melt harmlessly into rubbers during molding and do not affect physical properties. McLube also offers anti-stick coatings polymer pelletizing & plastics waste processors.
Industrial Cleaners
McLube offers a variety of mold cleaners and other industrial cleaning agents designed to reduce the amount of time and abrasion required to remove tenacious buildup on molds, tooling, and other equipment.
Our line of industrial cleaners includes products for metallic and non-metallic surfaces.
Custom Formulations
McLube also offers custom-modified and custom-formulated products for unique and challenging applications.
